I try my best to buy my produce all organic. But let’s face it, it is not always possible. Something I found really helpful is following tips. Always remember the “Clean Fifteen” and the “Dirty Dozen”.
The 12 most contaminated fruits and veggies are referred to as the “Dirty Dozen”. You SHOULD purchase these organic.

- Sweet Bell Peppers
On the flip side there is the “Clean 15”. These have the least pesticides and buying them organic isn’t really necessary.

- Sweet corn
- Sweet peas
- Sweet potato
- Honeydew melon
